5Bonuses & Promotions

• Wagering requirement: Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly. It becomes withdrawable after a specified wagering amount has been met — typically 10–30x.
• Bonus validity: Each bonus has a set validity period — typically 7 to 30 days. If the conditions are not met within that period, the bonus will be automatically cancelled.
• One Bonus at a Time: Multiple bonuses cannot be claimed simultaneously.
• Bonus abuse: If the system detects abuse of the bonus structure — such as fulfilling wagering requirements through low-risk bets — the bonus will be voided.
• Referral Bonus: Self-referrals for the friend referral bonus, or claiming bonuses through multiple people in the same household, are not permitted.

6Gaming Rules

All games on Game Sicbo are fair and operated in accordance with international standards. Each game's individual rules can be found within the game itself.

• All games use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently audited by a third party.
• In Live Casino games, the dealer's decision is final. In the event of a technical error, the affected round will be voided and all bets refunded.
• If a game is interrupted due to a server outage, the result will be determined based on Game Sicbo's server records.
• If a scheduled Sports Betting event is cancelled, the full stake for that bet will be refunded.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Game Sicbo and may result in permanent account closure and balance forfeiture:

• Fraudulently collecting bonuses or attempting to exploit the system
• Operating multiple accounts
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds
• Using software bots or automated methods to play games
• Hacking or attempting to breach the system
• Harassing or threatening other members
• Attempting to predetermine game outcomes

8Account Suspension & Closure

Game Sicbo reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a terms violation is found
• In cases of transactions under investigation or suspicious activity
• Upon receipt of a court order or directive from a regulatory authority
• At the member's own request (self-exclusion)
